From the villa, a paved road leads right to the entrance of the Perugia-Bettolle superstrada in five minutes.
Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are all within a 10 minute drive.

Perugia or the shores of Lake Trasimeno are reached in 15 minutes; Cortona: 35; Assisi or Deruta: 40; Todi or Spello: 60; Siena, Gubbio, Florence, Spoleto or Orvieto: 90. But do take the time to visit the nearby villages of Corciano, Villa, Solomeo and San Mariano. They are utterly romantic and filled with the magic of “undiscovered Italy.”

KITCHEN - The country kitchen features a large open fireplace, a dishwasher and a microwave. MAID - Two hours of maid service, except Sundays and holidays, is included in the price. Extra maid service is available if requested at time of booking. MEALS - Certain meals can be arranged, if requested at the time of booking. This service is payable at the property. SMOKING - This property is strictly for non-smokers. PARKING -Parking is free at the property. PERSONAL MOBILITY - Walk 20 yards from the parking area to the entrance. The most accessible bedrooms require 18 steps. PHONE - Phone charges are based on the number of message units used and are payable locally POOL - Private pool. WHAT’S NEARBY - Shopping and dinging: Within a 10 minute drive are various supermarkets, shops and restaurants. - Golf: The 18-hole Perugia Golf Club is within a 10 minute drive.
