2008 - RENTAL CHARGE

€ 4.000,00 (price per week)

(week starting on saturday)

Included in the price: weekly rental, electricity up to 300 KWH, water, hot water, two hours cleaning for five days a week. The final cleaning has a cost of euro 100.

Payment of 30% non refundable on reservation, balance due 2 months before rental period. In the event of booking cancellation 30 days before rental period, 50 % will be reimbursed. In the event of booking cancellation 29 to 10 days before rental period, 20% will be reimbursed. In the event of booking cancellation 9 days before rental period there will be no reimbursement.

A deposit of € 1000 is collected on arrival and will be refunded within 15 days from departure, subject to inventory check and deductions of any damage.

ENGLISH SPOKEN - The keyholder speaks a bit of English, however one of the owners does. HEAT - Heating and firewood for the fireplace(s) are payable locally INTERIORS - This is an older country home that has been comfortably furnished and contains many family keepsakes. The bathrooms have not been renovated in recent years. KITCHEN - The country kitchen features a large open fireplace, a dishwasher and a microwave. MAID - Two hours of maid service, except Sundays and holidays, is included in the price. Extra maid service is available if requested at time of booking. MEALS - Certain meals can be arranged, if requested at the time of booking. This service is payable at the property. SMOKING - This property is strictly for non-smokers. PARKING -Parking is free at the property. PERSONAL MOBILITY - Walk 20 yards from the parking area to the entrance. The most accessible bedrooms require 18 steps. PHONE - Phone charges are based on the number of message units used and are payable locally POOL - Private pool. Pool opens June 1st and closes on September 30th. Pool towels are not provided. ROAD CONDICTIONS - By car on a paved road. SCREENS - Property has screens all bedroom windows. TELEVISION - Local Reception -Italian language broadcasts only VIEWS - Views from both the inside and outside overlook the many trees surrounding the property and the garden. WASHING MACHINE - A washing machine is available for use for a small fee. WHAT’S NEARBY - Shopping and dinging: Within a 10 minute drive are various supermarkets, shops and restaurants. - Golf: The 18-hole Perugia Golf Club is within a 10 minute drive. Open all year and closed on Mondays.
